onsen shopping street window absence escape impossibility
The onsen in the basement is nice. I find the location perfect, its really close to many restaurants, from Michelin star places to ramen bars. It is located on a wonderful shopping street. The hotel provided great value.
My room on the ground floor had no window with daylight. There wasnt a possibility of escape in an emergency. The hotel was not willing to give me another room, as they said it was fully booked, and it would have been a paid upgrade.

The room included its own washer. This was very convenient. toiletries and laundry soap were provided. the hotel decor was beautiful and harmonious.

frosted glass window repetitive breakfast
the location was central to many shops and restaurants.
The room i had did not have a window that opened, and the glass was frosted. the room felt damp due to the lack of proper ventilation. breakfast was monotonous. It was the same offerings each morning.

the room had a convenient washer dryer combo it was very helpful for refreshing our clothes after long days of exploring the city i found the staff to be eager to assist with any questions we had communication was easy due to their proficiency in english

the location was central i could easily reach key areas. the room included a washing machine that was quite convenient.
